Some of the sites that published the leaked photos have been sent a cease and desist order. What this means is that they are getting their legal team involved in the matter and as such, sites who published the images should take the letter seriously. Good job we didn’t publish them then.

What they are also saying, but without saying it, is that there is a high degree that the images were potentially real and thus the PS3 Slim console news story continues.
